Logical Access - PC Security
The requirement for confirming the identity of an individual for both access control and for logical access such as for secure sign-on to a network can be met by the use of a secure identification system. For access to a network, the ID system must provide secure, speedy and effective verification of an individuals' identity. The privacy of that information must also be protected.
Creating a centralized image database provides for badge issuance and ID verification. After capturing images and recording personal information, you then have the ability of verification for physical and intellectual access.
