Each system purchased from Identiphoto comes with 60 days of FREE technical support. Each hardware component comes with a standard one-year or two-year limited warranty. Extended warranties are also available.
Technical assistance is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday. We even offer FREE UNLIMITED E-MAIL TECHNICAL SUPPORT to our customers after their warranties expire!
Fargo Professional printers also receive the On-Call Express loaner program for one year. This program provides temporary replacement of a damaged printer with a Fargo loaner printer - all within 24 hours.
