Fargo Printer/Encoders Standard Limited Warranty

Professional Series Printers: (HDP800 Series, HDP600 Series, DTC500/550, DTC400 and CardJet 410).

Identiphoto, a Fargo Service Partner, offers a one-year Standard Limited Warranty on Professional Series printer/encoders and a two-year Standard Limited Warranty on DTC400 printers.

This limited warranty covers spare parts and depot repair labor. The Standard Limited Warranty also includes On-Call Express service (Added fee for the HDP series)
The limited Printhead warranty includes...

• Limited printhead warranty of one-year for DTC500/550 Series and DTC400; (evaluation required)
• Lifetime printhead warranty for HDP820 and HDP600. (evaluation required)

Persona Series Printers: (CardJet C7, DTC300, Persona C11, Persona M11, Persona C16 and Persona C30).

Identiphoto offers a two-year Standard Limited Warranty on the CardJet Persona C7, DTC300 and the Persona C30 Card Printer/Encoders.

Identiphoto offers a one-year Standard Limited Warranty on the Persona C11, Persona M11 and the Persona C16 Series Card Printer/Encoders.

This limited warranty covers spare parts and depot repair labor.
The limited Printhead warranty includes...

• Limited printhead warranty of two-years for DTC300 and Persona C30 Card Printer/Encoder
• Limited printhead warranty of one-year for the Persona C11, Persona M11 and Persona C16 Card Printer/Encoder

To receive warranty service on a Fargo Professional and/or Persona Series Card Printer/Encoder, a customer must contact Identiphoto and relay the printer model and serial number. Our technician will troubleshoot the printer with the customer to determine the service needed on the printer.

Printer Repair

Identiphoto may provide phone, depot, or on-site service to the customer. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we may deem it necessary to return the printer for service. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (an RMA) with complete return instructions to the customer via fax or email.

Upon receipt of the printer, a technician tests, repairs, cleans, and returns the unit to the customer. The usual turn-around time for all repairs is three working days from date of receipt.

Identiphoto is a Fargo Service Partner with certified technicians on staff. We will facilitate the repair of other printer makes including Zebra, Magicard, Datacard, and EDIsecure.
